Receiver Services
At SHG Consulting|Management we believe that representing a mortgage holder’s or lender's interest is a specialized skill set. Our hotel asset management team provides a close level of scrutiny and oversight for lenders who find themselves in control of lodging assets with the added experience and insight into the needs of the lender including the need to dispose of the asset in a timely and cost neutral manner. Because we are also an experienced hotel operator, SHG Consulting|Management is particularly well situated to act in the best interest of the asset as we are able to act as both Property Receiver and Property Manager resulting in significant monetary savings.
We are qualified in most counties by Unified Court System of New York as Receiver and Property Manager pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of New York and have operated hotels on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) overseeing their fiscal, strategic, operational and sales operations. Our team has been responsible for over $100,000,000 in lodging assets.
