We are qualified by Unified Court System of New York as Receiver and Property Manager pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of New York and have operated hotels on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) including their fiscal, strategic, operational and sales development.  Our team has been responsible for over $200,000,000 in lodging assets.
