Bradly J. Sax, CHA

Mr. Sax is an industry veteran. His depth of experience in lodging operations and sales provide the backbone and knowledge base for our numerous assignments especially in the extended-stay and select service sectors. Prior to forming SHG Consulting | Management, Mr. Sax was the Chief Operating Officer for three distinct North American hotel ownership, consulting and operating companies which managed lodging brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hawthorn Suites as well as independent boutique hotels in large, medium and small markets throughout North America.
Mr. Sax is qualified by the Unified Court System of New York as Receiver and Property Manager pursuant to Part 36 of the Ruled of the Chief Judge of New York State. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (American Hotel & Lodging Association) and is operations and sales certified by numerous industry brands. He is a published author on industry topics and a frequent lecturer on College and University campuses. Mr. Sax also serves on numerous advisory boards and committees including those of educational institutions.
David J. Luzon, JD, MBA
President, US Operations
Mr. Luzon contributes to the firm through his extensive industry, management and legal experience. He earned his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Juris Doctorate.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is admitted to Federal District Court, Western District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Law Section, as well as the New York State Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Law Section and the Tax Law Section. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, Surrogates Court Practice & Procedure Committee, Elder Law Section and the Tax Section. He is a member of the Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York, Inc. Mr. Luzon has lectured on numerous legal and business matters and advises SHG clients on management principles, long-term estate planning, and succession planning.
