Bradly J. Sax is the Global Managing Partner of SHG Consulting|Management. Mr. Sax has over thirty years of lodging experience in property development, operations and business development with most brands including Marriott International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and their various sub-brands. He is a published author on industry topics and a frequent lecturer on college and university campuses. He also has served on numerous advisory boards and committees including those of educational institutions.
Possessing a solid track record of substantial and swift turnarounds he has held leadership positions in both single-unit and multi-unit capacities. Mr. Sax has a proven record of success. He is qualified by Unified Court System of New York as Receiver and Property Manager pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of New York and has operated hotels on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). As the Chief Operating Officer for a mid-size hotel ownership and management corporation he oversaw the fiscal, strategic, operational and sales of a $100,000,000.00 portfolio of hospitality assets.

Diana Phillips
Partner, Canada
After a lifelong involvement in the family’s real estate and development business Diana Phillips became the Canadian Managing Partner of our firm in 2008. With over two decades of leadership experience in lodging development and management for the family’s real estate holdings company, Ms. Phillips has fostered a strong reputation among Canadian hoteliers as a quality operator with valuable strategic planning and marketing skills. Her hands-on, creative and result oriented leadership style has resulted in dramatic and swift turnarounds for many troubled hotel assets and has also proven beneficial in her role as Chairman and Director of two regional tourism agencies.
Her unique history as tourism promoter, hotel operator, independent hotelier and joint venture partner with the likes of Journeys End Hotels of Canada, has culminated in her unmatched perspective and insight into all facets of the present day lodging landscape. Her winning track record has built a strong reputation for operating superior hotels with market leading revenue shares.
Ms. Phillips also serves as a Director on the Choice Hotels Canada Franchise Advisory Board and as the Canadian Director for the Choice Hotels Owners Council representing the Canadian franchise community to Choice Hotels International.

David J. Luzon, JD, MBA
President, US Operations
Mr. Luzon contributes to the firm through his extensive industry, management and legal experience. He earned his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Juris Doctorate.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is admitted to Federal District Court, Western District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Law Section, as well as the New York State Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Law Section and the Tax Law Section. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, Surrogates Court Practice & Procedure Committee, Elder Law Section and the Tax Section. He is a member of the Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York, Inc. Mr. Luzon has lectured on numerous legal and business matters and advises SHG clients on management principles, long-term estate planning, and succession planning.

Stephanie L. Kron
VP Accounting Services
Ms. Kron has over two decades of accounting experience applied in the legal and hospitality industries. She has most recently served as the Controller for Aurora Ventures, A new York real estate investment firm with interests in office, retail and hospitality holdings. She has also served as the Controller for several New York law firms. Ms. Kron's extensive experience and knowledge of accounting practices, reporting and controls provide the backbone of our high level of accurate and timely accounting services.
